Multi-Chain Trading

Supported Networks

NoobWallet works with the most popular blockchain networks, each offering different advantages:

Ethereum is where most established tokens live. It has the deepest liquidity and most trading pairs, but gas fees can be high during busy times. Use Ethereum for larger trades where gas fees are a smaller percentage of your transaction.

BSC (Binance Smart Chain) offers similar tokens to Ethereum but with much lower fees. Perfect for smaller trades or when you're testing strategies. Many new tokens launch here because it's more affordable.

Solana is incredibly fast with near-zero fees. Transactions confirm in seconds, not minutes. Great for quick trades and new token launches. The ecosystem is different from Ethereum/BSC but growing rapidly.

Switching Between Chains

The chain selector dropdown shows which network you're currently on. Click it to see all available chains with helpful indicators:

• Green dot means you have funds on that chain

• Balance shows next to each chain

• Gas prices help you choose the cheapest option

The extension remembers your preference per website. If you always trade BSC tokens on PancakeSwap, it'll automatically switch to BSC when you visit.

Understanding Gas Fees

Gas fees are what you pay to make transactions happen. Think of it like shipping fees for your trades:

Ethereum gas varies wildly — from $5 to $100+ per transaction

BSC is consistently cheap — usually under $1

Solana is nearly free — often less than $0.01

NoobWallet shows current gas prices and estimates the cost of your transaction before you confirm. During high congestion, it might suggest waiting or using a different chain.

Chain-Specific Features

Each chain has its own decentralized exchanges (DEXs) that NoobWallet connects to:

Ethereum uses Uniswap, the largest DEX in crypto. You get access to thousands of tokens and deep liquidity.

BSC uses PancakeSwap, which works similarly to Uniswap but with lower fees. Popular for new token launches and smaller projects.

Solana uses Jupiter, which finds the best price across all Solana DEXs automatically. One search checks everywhere.
